Our Privacy Policy

We at Catholic Charities are proud of our reputation as an ethical and highly professional organization. Information about our clients, programs, funding, operating systems, personnel and payroll information, processes and procedures is considered to be confidential. This information can only be shared on a need to know basis with authorized personnel or agencies.

The success of our ministries depends on the generosity of our donors, and we thank them in part by respecting their privacy and handling their information carefully and respectfully. Applying the agency’s privacy policy to our donors, we:
  • Do not share our donors’ names or contact information with outside organizations except those who enable us communicate with donors (such as mailing houses).


  • Do not sell or rent our mailing lists to outside organizations.


  • Collect the information donors are comfortable providing, such as mailing address, telephone, and e-mail address. All of these are provided at each donor’s discretion.


  • Store donor information in a database accessible only to employees of our public affairs & development department and other necessary staff, such as those in our finance and information technology departments.

Any donor who wishes to review his or her information from our database may submit a request in writing to:
