From Long Island Expressway

1. Take the LIE east to exit 70, Manorville Road
2. Make right at Mobil Station after exiting. Road goes directly onto Sunrise Highway
3. Take Sunrise Highway east to exit 65 south.
4. Make left at light in front of diner onto Montauk Highway
5. Proceed two traffic lights
6. At 2nd light make left onto Squiretown Road
7. Make quick right at sign St. Rosalies Church Parking / Bishop Ryans Village.
8. The building is on the right. Enter the back of the building. The clinic is in the basement on the left hand side.

From Southern State

1. Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 40 Robert Moses Causeway toward ocean beaches
2. Continue on Robert Moses Causeway
3. Take Exit RM1E toward Route-27 E/Montauk
4. Merge onto Sunrise Highway
5. Take Sunrise Highway east to exit 65 south.
6. Make left at light in front of diner onto Montauk Highway
7. Proceed two traffic lights
8. At 2nd light make left onto Squiretown Road
9. Make quick right at sign St. Rosalies Church Parking / Bishop Ryans Village.
10. The building is on the right. Enter the back of the building. The clinic is in the basement on the left hand side.
